Here is the Vi solotop / jungle build:

Start with 3 health potions and shoes.

Then go for Ravenous Hydra.

Berserkers Greaves. For Attack speed.

Wits End. For nice Attack speed and magic damage.

Infinity Edge. Damage.

Bloodthirster. Life Steal.

Frozen mallet. Health and attack damage.

That was the Vi build.
